Richard holds a PGDM from CIM UK, MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, PGDBA from KNUST and MA in Communications Studies from Leeds University in the UK. He is an alumnus of KNUST where he obtained his first degree. He also studied for a Diploma in Advertising & Public Relations from the British College of Professional Management- UK. Richard participated in the 2018 Harvard Business School's Global Executive Programme on Driving Corporate Performance in Boston Massachussets- USA. He is a driver for change in institutionalizing workplace cultures.

He is a member of CIM, a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Ghana and a member of the Governing Council of the Accra Business School.

He has a fine blend of workplace and academic experience. He adopts 21st century techniques in bringing out the best in employees for workplace success
